I really need to start working on my art work, I could be creating something, and instead I am having a little chimey moment to reflect on the fact I'm not being creative in life.
That's part of the point. It's not a moment for abstract reflection so you inner inquisitor can have another chance to torture you. It's a chance to connect to something real and be grounded in that instead of always being in your head.
